digital signatures. It also sends SMS, emails and notifications to Cabinet
The system aims to cut 30 percent of time during
government meetings later this year, minimise the use of paper documents
which will be replaced with electronic ones, except confidential ones.
The launch of the system reflects the government’s
determination in administrative reform, towards achieving a paperless
government in a roadmap towards building e-government.-VNA.
